Tonight, I'm going to work on a project that fits in the same scale of life importance as this triathlon, but the deadline is sooner and I have almost as much work to do. So I'm going to spend some time on that before I watch the last disc of season 3 of Lost and work out. I'll do something tonight for exercise. It won't be much, but something's better than nothing.

still slacking
This weekend was a small resting period, but I still haven't gotten back up into the groove of doing something. The good news is that when I weighed in this week, I was the exact same weight I was last week. This is progress. At least I didn't go up. But I need to be more vigilant about exercising in the next couple of days.
